MDC OTAR

Selects the radio's Key Manager Controller (KMC) ID, thus allowing the radio to be uniquely identified by the KMC. Each radio in a system should have a unique KMC ID, allowing each radio to communicate MDC OTAR (Over-The-Air-Rekeying) commands to and from the KMC on an individual basis.
